IMPORTANT INFORMATION – What to expect from your GP Practice

Initial contact with your GP via digital service, online tools such as MyHealthOnline/E-Consult or via the telephone.

Your enquiry will be taken by a receptionist who will ensure you are treated at the right time, in the right place and by the right professional. By asking you some questions they will be able to direct you to the correct NHS professional who can help with your enquiry.

Your clinical consultation may take place as a telephone/video appointment or if it is clinically necessary the GP practice will make arrangements for you to attend in person as a face to face appointment.
