Routine Appointments with a GP, Practice Nurse or Health Care Assistant are available in the morning, afternoon and early evening. You need to make an appointment in advance.
Appointments can be booked well in advance, usually with the clinician of your choice, depending on who is on duty. If the clinician you request is not available, we may ask you to see another. You may request a routine appointment by telephoning us on (01437) 720303, or by visiting Reception.
It is also possible to book a routine GP appointment online – in order to do this, you will need to have registered for My Health Online (MHOL) first – you can download a MHOL application form here, or pick one up from Reception.
