FOR TRAVEL VACCINES – PLEASE NOTE, the Practice requires patients to complete and return a Travel Risk Assessment form (ask at Reception) AT LEAST 6 WEEKS BEFORE TRAVEL
This allows us sufficient time to source the relevant vaccines, in the case of any stock shortages.
Also, it is better to be vaccinated at least 6 weeks before travel to give your immune system time to respond to the vaccines.
FOR LATE REQUESTS, THE PRACTICE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ADMINISTER ALL THE VACCINES YOU NEED, and you may have to contact one of the nearest following Travel Clinics instead:
