Same day patient contact with a GP

Same-Day Patient Contact with a GP – new system in place from March 2024

Due to increased patient demand and GP workload, the Practice is having to introduce a new system for patients requesting a same-day call-back or contact from a GP.

Please ring before 10.30am if you need to speak to a GP the same day.  This helps our GPs to manage, plan and prioritise their workload more effectively.

We are not able to accommodate minor ailments and self-limiting conditions, such as colds, as urgent appointments. Please use the expertise of our local Pharmacist.

We understand that being unable to speak with a GP when you want to can be frustrating, but we will do our best to help you.  Please treat our Reception staff with courtesy and respect so they can do their job and offer you the appointment you need.  Thank you.
